The aim of the Jazz Estonia is to develop and advance the Estonian jazz music both at home and abroad. The Jazz Estonia organises concerts and thematic events, collects and shares the information about the Estonian jazz music and musicians, organises cooperation between musicians and organisations and, searches for financial resources for developing jazz music.
Since fall 2021 Lauri Kadalipp is the Chairman of the board with Kirke Karja being the vice-chair for international relations. The CEO of Jazz Estonia is Elo-Liis Parmas. The members of the Board are Jaak Sooäär, Kristjan Randalu, Ronja Soopan, Tõnu Tubli and Anett Tamm. The concert programme of the Jazz Estonia is coordinated by Anna-Sophia Sevagin, marketing communications by Mari Tammesalu and projects by Maris Aljaste.
