Virtuosic and detailed, emotional and spirited group will make an impression on anyone who
has had the pleasure of hearing them play. Titoks is made up pf three friends, young, but
already quite experienced musicians who, thanks to years of playing together, have achieved
the perfect harmony both in minds and in the world of sounds. The trio will play the finest songs of Django Reinhardt, unforgettable melodies of Raimond Valgre, and the most beautiful compositions of the classical worlds, all of which, of course, bearing in mind the gypsy-jazz. The improvisational dialogue and virtuosity of Titoks make the listener feel emotions that are difficult to forget.
“A band that had not yet been seen was born from a usual band playing back. Titoks – the first gypsy-jazz trio in Estonia. We did our first Titoks concert in 2016 at IDeeJazz. Since then we’ve been dreaming that Estonia would be known as a country where gypsy-jazz is played and listened to with the same passion as, for example, in Finland and the Netherlands. Our role models are Raimond Valgre, Bireli Lagrene, and, of course, the legendary Django Reinhardt and Stephanie Grappelli.” — Titoks.
The concert will start at 8 p.m. and is held at Steding House, the number of seats is limited.
Tickets can be bought from pre-sale at Steding House and on-site. You cannot book a seat without a ticket. Ticket price is €5, for free under 12 years of age. Before and during the concert there is a special menu in the café.
