19jan21:00Jazz.ee LIVE: Lauri Kadalipp Social Jazz21:00 NO99 Jazzklubi, Sakala 3, Tallinn

Event Details

Lauri Kadalipp – sax, keyboards
Allan Järve – trumpet, flugelhorn
Kirke Karja – Rhodes, keyboards
Tõnu Tubli – drums

In the band Lauri Kadalipp Social Jazz has, on the initiative of saxophonist Lauri Kadalipp, united Estonia’s most brilliant young jazz musicians Allan Järve, Kirke Karja, and Tõnu Tubli Together they experiment with well-known jazz hits and their own creation and they seek inspiration from the standards, R’n’B and from all that the modern music has to offer. The sounds of wind musical instruments intertwine in the higher layers of structure sometimes aggressively, other times mildly, and intersect with delicate rhythms and colourful harmony. That is how immediate, emotional, and attractive music is born, which, like in a weightlessness state, leaves it up to the listener to decide where is the truth and where is the foundation. This young group has given a countless number of concerts all over Estonia and with this concert, they are presenting their first album “Feels just right”.
